• In Unit 1, students analyzed Scout’s changing perspective about Boo. In this lesson, they will analyze the perspectives of a character—Scout—and the reader and the effect this creates for the reader.
• This lesson also features the last text to film comparison before the mid-unit assessment. Use information from the first two text to film comparisons to focus any instruction or reteaching needed.
