The Task-by-Task Guidance documents have been created to be used as a guide for the field, with guidance questions specifically tailored and organized for completing the Review Room process. The goal of the Task-by-Task documents is to make relevant guidance materials more accessible while districts and BOCES review and submit their APPR plans. It will also be a helpful supplement when reviewing the training modules posted at https://www.engageny.org/content/appr-training-modules.

Task-by-Task Guidance is divided into twelve separate documents that mirror the Review Room Tasks. Each section begins with an in-depth table of contents, which categorizes questions by topic, and gives a brief description of each question within that section. In addition, these descriptions are linked to the specific questions for accessibility and ease.
